"They did great job on install. But within a month it started crumbling, getting holes. Salt never out on driveway and all instructions followed. Every month that has gone by, the driveway has crumbled. Years later there are numerous holes, cracks, gravel exposed and other issues. Was told couldn’t do anything but seal again. Was told could have been bad concrete mix, but not worth it trying to fix. I think it was great experience, until the driveway started crumbling a month later. My driveway looks terrible. Compared to older and newer ones in neighborhood. It is still deterring now. Very disappointing outcome. Should have gone with lower priced vendor. Versa lock wall put in also bowing."

"Frank SanPietro was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and was careful to make sure that he and his crew did a great job. They replaced My entire double width concrete driveway. They installed and raised the steel reinforcement fencing into the middle of the concrete to make sure that the finished concrete driveway was strong. The preparation and finishing of the concrete was exactly as he stated it would be completed. He delayed concrete pouring for expected rain and freezing temperatures, as he should. "Our Driveway was replaced in a very competent manner. The driveway is actually larger than the one it replaced, and is very attractive with the broom finish and the sectioning to prevent cracking problems. After the concrete work was done, the yard was restored as much as possible, with topsoil, seed and straw. We are very pleased with the finished product."

"Zach mis measured a foundation on step #1, made the wood structure fit in the cheapest and laziest way. Concrete pillars were supposed to be hidden under the shed (I also supplied a drawing from another contractor to go by) and they now extend past so I am not able to just easily landscape around them as well as some of the brackets literally hanging off of the pillars. A couple of the concrete screws did not draw down all the way, a normal person would find out why and fix but nope they left it this way, pictures in the link!! The foundation was not square and it is to wide as well due to this mistake. I also had to shim multiple areas due to the foundation not being level. He promised to come back and help with some landscaping and some sort of flashing on the back to help hide the mistakes and most importantly keep water off the wood, I even had him give me a paid receipt saying he will return to help and then disappeared. I have linked pictures and a video of the terrible workmanship. Would not recommend. A follow up and help with some of the landscaping would have been very appreciated. { Removed google link}"

The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. We had a challenging scaffold setup on one, and his crew erected a large scaffold setup to go over a fence and not hurt a blueberry bush. Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work."

"Dave was prompt, professional and detail oriented. The 20x40' area (roughly 3.5' deep) had to be removed from my yard and Dave made sure to minimize impact as much as possible. The finished work has a slight grade away from my house which has helped reduce water flow toward my basement. Dave is busy (good people are) and I do recommend being patient setting up the first site visit and quote. The wait is worth it."
