Franco Concrete

They did great job on install. But within a month it started crumbling, getting holes. Salt never out on driveway and all instructions followed. Every month that has gone by, the driveway has crumbled. Years later there are numerous holes, cracks, gravel exposed and other issues. Was told couldn’t do anything but seal again. Was told could have been bad concrete mix, but not worth it trying to fix. I think it was great experience, until the driveway started crumbling a month later. My driveway looks terrible. Compared to older and newer ones in neighborhood. It is still deterring now. Very disappointing outcome. Should have gone with lower priced vendor. Versa lock wall put in also bowing.

Just had our breezeway replaced and we couldn’t be happier! Dominic and crew were very professional and clean. We were worried about the mess cause the ground was wet during tear out. No mess! Dominic also got 3 jobs from neighbors who were watching.

Domenic and his crew were great to work with. Everyone was very courteous and hardworking. The work they did was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work. At the end of the job, the crew even pressure washed surrounding areas that were covered in lime dust. Looking forward to working with them again on a retaining wall in the future.

They did an excellent job on both the steps and the wall. This job was done on a rental property that I own and they came out and removed the old steps and wall and replaced will all new concrete. The steps were done to my request and even included a side wall. My tenants are thrilled with their new steps and wall. all my tenants and neighbors have told me what a nice job that they did on them. Professional company that really helped me out by fitting me into their schedule during the busiest time of the year. I will definitely call them on my next project.

The design was fairly basic - a square patio with an angled edge. The team arrived bright and early on the day that we scheduled and it was mostly complete at the end of the day. Domenic came out the next morning to finish up the project. There was a two stage staining process. It looks great!

Domenic was great to work with - very professional and he did excellent work. His price was competitive with all of the other bids. The job itself was a little challenging due to the slope (actually sloped in 2 directions) and Domenic was able figure out a good way get it fairly level. I would absolutely use him again

It went very well. Dom and his crew were professional and hard-working. What especially impressed me was the attention to detail I observed. This attribute is what separates the good companies from the great companies. Many times I saw either Dom or one of his guys do something that convinced me that I had hired the right folks to replace my driveway. For example, one of the crew was on his hands and knees making sure the finishing work on the concrete was perfect. Also, i saw Dom go back over an area that had just been poured to give that little extra that made for an exceptional job.

They did it in a timely way. They did what they said they were going to do. The workers were good.

I contacted 6 highly-rated concrete service providers that I found via Angie's List about my project. Only 3 of the 6 responded at all, and Domenic was far and away the most prompt, responsive and professional. He was the first to come out and take measurements, plus he came up with a good plan for the project on the spot (I had a rough idea of what I wanted, but wasn't sure how best to achieve it). He provided a quick verbal quote a day or two later, then when I asked via email for a more detailed quote describing the technical specs of the project, he sent it without delay. His estimate was not the lowest, but with the Angie's List coupon, it was competitive. More than that, I hoped that his professionalism during the estimate process would carry over to work itself - and it ABSOLUTELY did. Work began a couple of weeks after I accepted his bid. The crew started on a Wednesday, and Domenic (who was there in person every day) told me they would be working through the weekend and would finish by the following Tuesday. They did indeed work every day, generally arriving at first light, and finished exactly when he promised. I'm not an expert on concrete work or retaining walls, but the work looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. When I can afford to replace the retaining walls on the opposite side of the driveway, I won't hesitate to use Franco Concrete again.

Domenic and his crew removed our old concrete driveway, replaced it with a new one and did a beautiful job. They were efficient, courteous and always kept the area clean. Domenic went out of his way to ensure a good job and even returned to repair the street area damaged by the cement truck. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their work.

Dom & his crew did an absolutely beautiful job replacing my sidewalk.  I wanted it configured a little differently and Dom gave me some suggestions and the end result was exactly what I wanted.  The cost was in line with other quotes I received but I feel the work was far superior.  I've had a few bad experiences with contractors but not with Franco's.  They were professional, experienced and seem to take great pride in what they do.  I highly recommend them, you will not be dissapointed.

Dominic put in 5" of concrete with rebar and wire mesh.  He put a very nice design on the concrete when he was done.  He was always on time. Called before he came.  He even called me and told me when he was going away for the weekend with his family and would return on Monday to complete everything.  He is very professional and does a beautiful job.  I would recommend him highly.

The patio looks beautiful. I think the price was reasonable and in line with a couple other quotes we got. The reason I chose Dom was because he seemed very knowledgeable, and was very responsive. It was also a plus that as part of his bid he was able to use concrete block to block up a basement window (it was a hazard when you stepped off the patio directly into window well). He also made me feel comfortable with the procedure they used to jackhammer and pour new concrete over top of the basement (a part of the patio is actually serving as a roof for a small piece of the basement.)
I am pleased with the patio and end result and would use this company in the future.
