"Ground up Renovations finished my walk out basement for my mom and step dad to live in. After consulting with 3 other renovating companies, we felt the best about them and they were very fair with price. They were on schedule with everything and it really turned out amazing. If there was ever a question about something he would call and stop by if needed. They are professional yet caring and easy to talk to. We ended up having them back for other projects and estimates and they are now our go-to company. "

"I have used other contractors in the past this was my worst experience. I called to schedule an estimate and they were booked out 6 to 8 weeks as of March 10 I got an estimate date first week of June the Day of the estimate I received a call if they can reschedule next week they were busy which I agreed upon. The following week they came out took detailed information on what I needed done and stated they had to draw up an estimate and will get back to me. After the third week I started calling to see where the estimate was it took them three more weeks a total of six weeks to get me an estimate and then the estimate wasn’t of the whole project I wanted done. They missed several things so then I got the second estimate which I agreed upon and they stated they will call back with a date for repairs. Second mistake I waited another four weeks before they got back to me with a date on Monday and Tuesday the end of September. They arrived on Monday and Started some of the work I was a little concerned and called Dean Martin co owner and discussed my concerns the following day they did some adjustments and by the time I got there after a four hour meeting in the morning they were gone. Two workers no more than nine hours of work and they stated they will get back to me with someone to do the drywall patching. Granted this was Tuesday no one got in touch with me until the following Wednesday when they asked if they could come in that Thursday which I was out of town. This is incredibly frustrating they are not well-managed in the Their projects. Granted the flooring was nice but the patch work was disappointing for that price entire walls should be replaced not small sections. So now I had to go ahead and hire another contractor to finish the work and the New contractor got back to me the next day. Angie recommended Action Door they were expensive however I thought that came with their work ethics and quality of work which I am far from impressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I just lost $4000 down payment incredible"

We are extremely happy with our new lodge-style permanent deck roof, and will definitely be giving Walter a call again for future projects. "It went wonderfully, altho there were difficulties. My house was built in 1849, the old floor is uneven, and their equipment kept blowing fuses and they had to bring in a generator. Part of the job required tearing up the old ceramic tile floor. The end result, however, was a perfectly laid, beautiful floor with every detail perfect. They did things "above and beyond the call of duty", such as washing the side of the refrigerator before moving it back into its place. I would highly recommend them."

I called A.R.C./G.E.S. less than two weeks from the time I needed someone to do the job for me. Jerry came out and inspected the job promptly, and they quickly put a quote together for me. I only gave them 5 days to complete the job, and they came through. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the work they did, and how quickly they got it done. I was on a very tight timeline for remodeling my living room, and they worked with me every step of the way.
