Ground Up Home Renovations did a great job renovating and upgrading a 9x18 basement space. The completed art studio and work area is just what we wanted. Finished drywall, drop ceiling, ceiling lights, electrical outlets and new flooring. Well done to Preston, Dakota and Jeremy. Highly recommended.

Prior paint contractor didn't use primer and I had bare wood in spots after only 8 years. These men scraped, power washed, and primed before painting my home with a better quality paint. All of this service was provided for less money. My 3-story 2nd Empire Victorian with its 2-color paint trim is looking good!

The Ground Up crew took their time to make sure I was happy with the outdoor painting project. They also cleaned up some splattered paint from a previous paint company. They were on time and kept me updated as the project progressed . This was an excellent experience and I would hire them again.

Preston viewed my kitchen floor (with a trap door). No other contractors wanted the challenge. Preston stepped right up & indicated he would be able to take care of this for me. We reviewed flooring I chose for this project & agreed on a price. I'm very pleased with my new flooring. Preston was very professional.
