Many contractors will do sloppy work with wiring, figuring it will be covered anyway. Martin’s wiring was so clean, smartly run, and used the best materials. The subcontractors he works with are also top notch. The drywall and painting were done quickly and to a high standard. Finally, the overall design and fit and finish were excellent. Everyone who sees our basement is blow away. From the wet bar, to the bathroom, to the custom iron railing, everything is perfect. And I can tell you that his price was substantially better than what the builder wanted to basically do four walls and lighting. Honestly I’m so pleased I wish he could remodel my whole house!
