"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"I got my basement waterproofed in January 2023 paid $16K for it & I had to call them twice already because still getting water in the basement not only that but this machine has been beeping consistently every 2-3 seconds because it needs service I called them to come out to resolve the matter but have to wait a whole month for someone to come out! For me to pay $16K to get horrible service & still go through the water issue is not good at all!!!"

After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. "I have used other contractors in the past this was my worst experience. I called to schedule an estimate and they were booked out 6 to 8 weeks as of March 10 I got an estimate date first week of June the Day of the estimate I received a call if they can reschedule next week they were busy which I agreed upon. The following week they came out took detailed information on what I needed done and stated they had to draw up an estimate and will get back to me. After the third week I started calling to see where the estimate was it took them three more weeks a total of six weeks to get me an estimate and then the estimate wasn’t of the whole project I wanted done. They missed several things so then I got the second estimate which I agreed upon and they stated they will call back with a date for repairs. Second mistake I waited another four weeks before they got back to me with a date on Monday and Tuesday the end of September. They arrived on Monday and Started some of the work I was a little concerned and called Dean Martin co owner and discussed my concerns the following day they did some adjustments and by the time I got there after a four hour meeting in the morning they were gone. Two workers no more than nine hours of work and they stated they will get back to me with someone to do the drywall patching. Granted this was Tuesday no one got in touch with me until the following Wednesday when they asked if they could come in that Thursday which I was out of town. This is incredibly frustrating they are not well-managed in the Their projects. Granted the flooring was nice but the patch work was disappointing for that price entire walls should be replaced not small sections. So now I had to go ahead and hire another contractor to finish the work and the New contractor got back to me the next day. Angie recommended Action Door they were expensive however I thought that came with their work ethics and quality of work which I am far from impressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I just lost $4000 down payment incredible"
