Nick did a fantastic job. I called knowing I had a wet spot on the ceiling but not knowing where it was coming from or how to fix. He was able to identify that it was the toilet and diagnose the issue. He helped recommend an action plan to remediate the water damage and come back at a later date to finish the job. Very professional and very helpful. The repair is better than the original.

They were super responsive since our air conditioning was not working. Contacted them in the morning and they stopped by the same day. Contracted with them to do the work on a Friday and the new unit was installed the following Thursday. Workers were on site by 8:00 AM. They were very professional, laid down mats to protect our floors and went about their business. Installation of both indoor and outdoor units were completed by about 2:00 PM. They reviewed paperwork with me including rebate forms and showed me where the filters go, where the manuals are and how to program the thermostat. Very happy with the service I received!

The work was done professionally by a friendly and competent crew. The equipment they recommended and materials they used were of high quality. We had a boiler and propane tanks installed by this company 7 years ago and have had no problems, zero, and this job looks to be of similar quality.

We called in the afternoon for a clogged toilet & they sent a plumber a couple of hours later. Luke was professional & did a great job. He made sure to enter our home with booties & took the time to replace area rugs in the bathroom. Luke is always extremely polite & pleasant when he comes to our home and we really appreciate the plumbing team, in general, at Laudenslager. They go above & beyond w/their service. We will continue to use them for ALL of our plumbing needs.

Terrific! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've used EF for the past four years, and found them to be prompt and efficient, even if a bit more pricey than the competition. Unfortunately, my last dealings with them have reversed my previously pleasant opinion. I scheduled an annual service. The repair technician was friendly, helpful and competent. The annual service revealed that I would need additional repairs. The Office Manager contacted me to give me prices for a replacement unit (that I did not request), and was extremely condescending about my desire to know repair cost. Shortly thereafter, the Service Manager contacted me to pay for the annual service, but could not offer a bill of services rendered. He also was unaware of my request for repair cost. Several days later, I received one-line quotes (no detail) for both repair and replacement. I had already received quotes from two other companies, and EF was 20% higher than either with the same date range for service. I declined EF's quote, and asked to be billed. Three weeks later, I still hadn't received a bill, and began getting emails about missing payments. I've since received the bill and satisfied the service amount, but I am very dissatisfied with their service.

Very well. The crew were technically competent and hard working. They were responsive to questions about the installation process. The result was a much improved and flexible heating and cooling system.

Sent a message in the evening and they called me first thing in the morning offering a service call that day! Called back to say they were coming early, discovered problem, came back with part and it was fixed and cooling the house that night. Amazing and professional service by Brandon and the whole team. Would recommend without reservation.

When tech arrived he looked at our air conditioning unit and decided that he was going to sell us a new unit and furnace. Took apart the air conditioner, left parts scattered around. Quoted a rate of over $1000 for freon and did not quote for leaks. Insisted that there were many leaks in system, not worth repairing. Spoke to Service Dept manager, stated only option was new unit and we should also replace furnace, which they hadn't even looked at. Told them would think about it and call them back. (Furnace inspected and maintained annually, although old, well within efficiency tolerances.) Got someone else in and he agreed that there were leaks, however sealant would repair leaks - leaks can occur even when new. Added sealant and less than $200 for freon. Just because a system is old doesn't mean it's broken and not able to be repaired. I will not use this vendor as their interest was to sell a system.

Crew replaced an existing HVAC system. Delivered and installed as promised on all items and were happy to discuss technical details to ensure everything will work as intended. Not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.

Everything went well

On time reasonable quote. Came when scheduled. Performed work in a professional manner. Explained system operation and set everything up. Have used in the past and will use in the future. Great company with good knowledgeable employees.

The service was excellent. They requested to come the afternoon before the scheduled install date to remove the old outdoor unit. They showed up and removed the outdoor unit and brought the air handler and other parts needed for the install. They also laid down a felt mat from the front door down to the work area to protect the floor. They showed up 8 AM sharp and started working and finished at 4 PM. Three workers arrived, each of them having their own company van, looking very professional, and did not invade the home. There were more than enough HVAC experts there to complete the install. They also were able to remove an old school water reservoir tank. It needed to be cut in half and have 3 workers get each half up the basement steps and out of the house. To assist with the removal, 3 additional workers came to remove it while the other 3 workers completed the finishing touches. Very pleased with the install and everything is working great.

They came out very soon after we called, even though we are not regular customers. The first attempt at diagnosing and fixing the problem did not solve it completely, but when we called the second time they fixed it again right away and charged us NO additional money. The problem was complex, so they were not at fault for not finding the second problem right away -- it was only perceptible once the first one was solved. Nonetheless, they honored their warranty on the first repair and made everything right. Very knowledgeable and professional.

First we had a tank installed and connected to a new kitchen stove. Work was performed as promised a d staff were informative, pleasant and professional. one year later we traded in the tank for a larger tank a d had it installed , re connected to the kitchen stove and a new connection to a propane stove in our living room. Again another excellent experience. This is the second year they have delivered our propane. It is easy to place the order online and deliveries have been prompt.

Got estimates for two different units. Answered all our questions and explained our options. The team finished the job efficiently. Outside unit is on a slope. They did a much better job of leveling the area than the original installation. Took precaution that stone under the base would not wash out -- held up in torrential rains that followed in the days after installation. Service people were very polite and professional. (The old unit wasn't operating to cool in the spring, we appreciated that they were able to keep the old unit running until the day it could be replaced.)

Went very well. Had a small problem with the controls that was addressed promptly. Project done ontime.
