Absolute Nightmare. Mike Landis walked off job leaving it half done after refusing to honor contract and fix defects including Code Violations, plumbing leaks, cracked concrete basement floor, and entire foundation is 7/8" out of level. There is far more to our complaint than I am listing here including poor workmanship, poor framing, poor attitude, failure to follow his contract...we have to pay another contractor to fix Landis Builders mess. Total nightmare.
