"ETC has true arborists in it. They know trees and they can remove them with the minimum of damage. My wife has plants everywhere and they avoided damage to far more of the plants than we had hoped. I asked them to do some extra work at the time and they got it done, too. At my son's house he pointed out that the Oak he had could only be worked on after the beginning of November or it could harm the tree, too. That's what I mean that they know trees and have true arborists doing the removal. They do my house and my son's and I have recommended them to several people. I have no connection to them EXCEPT as a happy customer."

He made suggestions to perserve the health and beauty of trees and shrubs that I identified. Then he clearly described the plan and gave me a detailed estimate. When they got there, I quickly learned that they were both "arborists", and were much more interested in providing routine health check-ups to my trees than they were in cutting the limbs and branches that I wanted cut. Those arborists wanted more than triple what I ended up paying for the same work with Falling Timber. Jim (the owner of Falling Timber) quickly responded to my calls for estimates and showed up to do the work within the agreed-upon time frame. He had two guys helping him, and everyone was polite and worked efficiently. They did nice work and cleaned up the property nicely after they were done.
