A few months later he came back with his bucket truck. I went over the specific trees again. He, Again, quoted 2 thousand dollars, Saying it would be a two day job. He And his guys were gone a few hours later after i came back and roughly 2/3 of of the work was finished. I called After he did not show up the next day and I called again and again the following few days, each time leaving messages. When I finally got a hold of him it was by calling from a different number. I asked when he was coming to finish job, fully expecting that he was going to do so. I was completely thrown off when he became belligerent, profane and was yelling so loudly that my phone crackled so I could not fully hear his voice. He did not try to express the understanding or ask where we had miscommunicated. After saying, in very colorful language, that I was trying to "pull something." He threatened to sue me, and, "take [my] car while [he] was at it." My wife called later that day to try and speak with him. She left a message saying that we would gladly pay him for the portion of the work he had completed, or pay him the full amount we agreed upon if he finished the job. He did not return her voicemail or any of the subsequent Ones that I left. The day after he had spoken to me we mailed a check for $1200 to pay for the portion of the work which he had completed. When he cashed the check I called, assuming that this was settled the matter. Again I called from a different phone number. He answered and seemed surprised that it was me. He told me that he could not discuss the the issue per his lawyers instructions. He said that we would be served papers The following day. We then received a bill, with an $80 late fee and $500 legal fees added. I probably would have paid him the balance if he would have simply had a respectful conversation where he expressed his perspective on how the misunderstanding had occurred. Never once did he try to settle the misunderstanding. He threatened us, avoided our phone calls and even paid a visit to our neighbor, trying to somehow involve her by making false allegations about what had transpired. I have dealt dealt with misunderstandings before but this was by far the most unprofessional experience I have had.

Very well, can't complain, they were quick and I am very pleased.

I noticed Arbor Tree Specialists cutting and removing my
neighbors 3 huge trees so I asked if they would also just cut our trees. The
owner, Patrick Tolan, immediately came over gave me a price, and a short time
later his team arrived.
 
His men did a great job and we are very pleased with the
entire process. We were charged a fair price and they did exactly as we
requested. We highly recommend Arbor Tree Specialists.

I did receive an estimate per my request, I called to approve the job.. on a Saturday.. only problem is A return call was not made to me to confirm when the job would be done. Luckily I was off work on Monday morning as I heard multiple trucks pull up to my home at 9 am..They did apologize for the lack of a phone call.. But explained what would be done and how long it would take approximately. I was asked if I needed to get my car out before they began.. Just short of two hours they were 100% done as estimated. Per contract it promised everything would be hauled away and it was. It was a  very good experience.

A tree fell on my shed, and had to be removed, so I had them remove 5 additional trees and stumps with that.. Was told they would lift the tree of the shed, and it looks like it wasn't -either way it was removed minor scuffs to the shed. I had one tree with a large amount of surface roots. I recommend getting in writing how much of the roots you want removed. Cause I asked if they could grind a bit more of the roots and was told its $150hr for additional grinding. Not a big deal - but when they mark $400 for grinding on job and spend 45m or so grinding the 5 total stumps with the massive grinder they brought with them, it wouldn't have been any big deal to swing that grinder around for 20m or so to hit some of the major surface roots on the maple tree. The amount of stump grinding material left behind was a lot more than expected - so be aware. I removed a bit of it, just see what roots are left, the I have to deal with. Overall job done well, just need to better wording on the contract in the future for surface root removal.

The crew showed up and immediately got to work, they had all the proper tools and did a very efficient and professional job. They took every precaution to ensure no damage was done to the property. All the work was done within three hours, I was very impressed and would hire them again in the future!

One of the trees was really large and the other was decent sized. The workers laid mats down so that they could limit the damage to my lawn, since all of the debris had to be hauled across my side and front yards. All of the work was performed in one day and the material was hauled away. When I got home from work there was little evidence that the trees had been there besides the stumps that were cut off near the ground level.

The crew arrived in the morning and got right to work. We were impressed with the amount of specialized equipment that they brought to the job. This included a very large bucket truck, a large dump truck with a chipper behind, another dump truck to hold the large pieces of wood, and a flat bed trailer that transported a stump grinder and a small Bobcat. The crew were friendly, courteous and professional. They were very hard-working and organized. The combination of an experienced crew using excellent equipment resulted in a job that was done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. The trees were removed and everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again in the future.

This company cut down a tree in my neighbors yard. They severely damaged one of my trees in the process. They have not returned my calls and I am now in the process of taking them to small claims court.

I was impressed that Arbor Tree Specialists even had an arborist on site. They also seemed to know a lot about trees but they were three times as expensive as a previous tree company I used. If I need tree service again I would hire them again if their price was comparable to other companies.

Arbor was very impressive in their approach to the job. They brought a large crew of people and an impressive array of machinery to the job. They cleaned up well after the job.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, ALTHOUGH BECAUSE OF THE BAD WEATHER IN THE AREA THEY WERE BACK-LOGGED, SO IT TOOK A WHILE BEFORE THEY COULD PERFORM THE WORK. HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH THE CONTRACT STATED OTHERWISE, THEY HONORED THE ESTIMATE PAST THE 20 DAYS.
