One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. Once the installation was done, Jon showed me where all the shutoff valves and controls for the water heater were. I'm very happy with the job they did. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction."

"I called several places including those promising 24/7 service and Mattioni was the only one who could come out the same day.  It was raining outside and we had no water so it was a bad day all around.  The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the bad pump.  He replaces the pump and all the piping/cabling. They have a huge binder with all the pricing in it.  You can get a discount if you join their "club" for $100.  I did and it still saved me a few hundred.  They came out for a complimentary whole house inspection and found another $1,000 worth of questionable work to do for inflated prices.  They seem very good, but they are very expensive. I had to choice or time to shop around at the time.
