Technician, Chris did an exceptional job 20 -30 minutes, professional, personable, knowledgeable . my issue it was it was an emergency service request. He was the only tech on working. He arrived abt 5-6 hours later after my initial call. However, as previously stated once he arrived he identified and fixed the problem expeditiously. Tech excellent 5 stars, response time 3.5 could have been better.
