After signing our contract with him, his work validated our decision. He created detailed blueprints (to scale!), adjusted his plans when our needs slightly changed and had a keen eye for the aesthetics of decking colors and how they would work with our home. Once the construction started, Mike set up a very reasonable payment schedule based on task completion and kept us updated daily on his next steps. After the deck was completed, we knew that it not only looked amazing but also well built. His crew was always courteous and professional. We were impressed by his attention to detail as Mike matched our deck, steps and skirts with the same color pattern. Mike not only built us a deck â he DESIGNED us a deck. We also appreciated the time he took when our deck was complete to power wash it, and seed the grass around the finished product. "I hired Jack and crew to replace a portion of my deck. For a nominal fee, Jack came out, evaluated my deck and gave me an estimate. The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. Jack is very attentive to details, communicative, and was happy to explain what they were doing during the process. The craftsmanship was top-notch. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well.
