He created detailed blueprints (to scale!), adjusted his plans when our needs slightly changed and had a keen eye for the aesthetics of decking colors and how they would work with our home. Once the construction started, Mike set up a very reasonable payment schedule based on task completion and kept us updated daily on his next steps. After the deck was completed, we knew that it not only looked amazing but also well built. His crew was always courteous and professional. The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive.
