"I have been thinking about home security for quite a while, but I was unsure as to what kind of equipment was right for my needs. When I first met with Larry from Safeway at my house, he spent time gathering information about what I wanted to accomplish. He kept my budget in mind and made appropriate suggestions for security and surveillance. Larry made good suggestions but did not pressure me to make expensive decisions. One week later, I had cameras, motion-sensing equipment, alarm system and hands-on instructions on how to access and use everything. I can monitor my home remotely, set the alarm remotely or in person, set for doors to sound an alarm in they are opened while I am at home and out in the yard, play and rewind video of my property, etc. All very easy to use and access without a complicated process. All equipment is discreet and unobtrusive. Larry installed everything himself rather than sending an unsupervised crew. He had to crawl around in a hot attic, find studs, drill holes for wiring and display panels, connect all of the equipment to a central hub and teach me how to use all of the installed equipment. He was patient, polite, helpful and respectful of my property and contents. He made several adjustments to exterior cameras to capture just the right angles. I would say he definitely went the extra mile, unlike some of those cookie cutter security companies that sell bundled services whether it fits your needs or not. I was fully impressed with Larry from Safeway, the beautiful equipment, the system access, the low monthly monitoring fee, and how quickly and efficiently everything was installed and up and running. I would highly recommend this company for residential or commercial security needs."
