Replaced my NAPCO security system keypad. Ric researched the right keypad (I have an older system) to insure that the keypad was the right one. Jason, Installation Manager, was courteous, professional and timely. Very satisfied. Fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Good Customer Service. We had some issues concerning a few cameras and DVR. Ric was very fair, assessed the issues and found them to be valid. Although Everfocus the manufacture for the DVR offered very, very, poor customer tech support and difficult to work out a resolution, Ric made sure the DVR was replaced with another named quality product. Trustworthy, respectfull, patience, excellent follow-up in resolving any issues or concerns.
