The concrete they poured and finished is for exposed patio areas in my yard, so the work placed needed to be of the highest quality. "Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

"Very fine job. No complaints with the job and I would recommend them. I did ask to be notified when they got there and I wasn't. The gentleman said he wouldn't come up to the porch because of the tar on his shoes. I commend him for that but I think the person on the phone who said he would have him do it should be a bit more knowledgable of that fact."
