"Unsatisfied with final results of retaining wall project. Documentation to support my experience. When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."

We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"
