"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round."

I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. I live in the Southeastern Forest. Organic matter... really? This felt too much like an attempt at a money grab. Their customer service is nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics are a turn off. I will look for smaller businesses in the future."

They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back.
