We completely demoed out the ceiling in one room all the way to the beams due to its deteriorating condition, and skinned the other two rooms since they were only cracked and showing signs of age. They set up quickly each day to do the work for that day, accomplished more than I had expected, cleaned up at the end of each day, came back for the tape and texturing, and finished the job in three days, plus sanding and clean up.
