Ty could ve easily kept working and let us waste our money. Instead, he let us know so we could get the roof taken care of (again.) Patch Boys could ve taken our money and with the leaky roof, we would ve had to have the drywall repaired again. We appreciate the honesty of Jerry (owner) and Ty. Both were polite and professional. He not only offered good advice on what we should do to save on cost, but some do’s and don’ts on products available. We completely demoed out the ceiling in one room all the way to the beams due to its deteriorating condition, and skinned the other two rooms since they were only cracked and showing signs of age. His crew was extremely courteous and efficient.
