SurfacePro was great to work with. They gave a very reasonable quote and committed to doing the work in half the time that others said they would need - and with only two painters! They painstakingly repaired the many nail pops on the walls and painted several coats on 18ft high walls and ceilings, changing from dark tones to light. They were thorough and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Our job was large but simple - walls, ceiling, trim, but they do all kinds of interesting creative work with various textures and materials, which gave us some ideas of other projects we might pursue in the future. Overall it was a great job!

Rob and Andy aren't contractors, THEY ARE ARTISTS!!! Our 125 year old house's back, second floor bedroom plaster and lathe walls and ceiling had extensive damage from a difficult to diagnose leak from around our chimney. In addition, both the walls and ceiling had at least 3 layers of old wallpaper. The skill and talent that Andy and Rob both poses is incredible! In two days, they transformed these disaster walls and ceiling into perfectly smooth, gorgeous white surfaces. In addition to their talents, both Rob and Andy are friendly, pleasant, and easy-going guys. Also, their prices are fair and honest. We had an outdated popcorn ceiling and paneling in our library that Rob and Andy transformed into a modern, light filled room. Their work is meticulous, with great attention to detail. They also replaced drywall damaged by water, made our old garage door look like new, repaired rotted wood on our portico, repaired ceiling and wall damage from a leak in our bedroom, replaced rotted crown moulding on a garden shed, and painted our living room with lots of wood trim. This is the 3rd time we hired Rob so now our entire home is free of wallpaper and looks brand new! Communication is excellent, they arrive on time, and finish the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!

This was the second time we've had SurfacePro in for work in our 1860s rowhouse, and another stellar experience. They did plaster repair and painting in our living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hall ceiling. They had to contend with water damage areas, cracks in the plaster, and areas where the finish plaster was delaminating from the original horsehair base plaster. We hired them for the quality of their plaster repair work, but we were equally impressed this time with their painting. All aspects of the job, from prep to cleanup, were done with care and amazing efficiency. Also must commend their reliability - did what they said when they said and always were timely in getting back to us when we contacted them. We will definitely use them in the future.

They were amazing. The job was done quickly and professionally. The house was cleaned at the end of each day for us to use. They were very careful with our things, they even took our paintings off the wall. They kept me up to date through out the whole process and once completed they put all of the furniture and lights back just as they were before the work started. I had no idea that the ceiling's of a 150 year old brick home could look so good!! Honestly some of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. I will be hiring them again to work on the walls in the home as well.

They showed up early Monday morning ready to work. SurfacePro put tarps through the house to the bedroom, by the end of the day all the drywall was up and some of the spackle was started. At the end of day two all spackle was finished and it looked great, I might add. They came in on the third day sanded the walls and ceiling. They cleaned up, then applied a coat of primer to the walls and ceiling. When they finished cleaning up they left the room clean. They provided an excellent job for a fair price. None of the other estimates I got provided primer, that was a nice surprise. If I have another job I would hire SurfacePro in a heartbeat
