"Having racoons in the attic was a harrowing experience for me and my family.

I called Tony and not all did he go to the house within 1 hour, he followed up for 2 days cause the swarm was too big, to make it was safe for our arrival. Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
 I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.
