"They were EXCELLENT. I called them at 9 am and they were at my house on MY SCHEDULE! He was very thorough and explained in detail where our furry friends were entering our home. He wasted no time in sealing up the entry points and placing the poison to resolve the situation. He put my wife at ease as she is extremely fearful of rodents and he confirmed we did not have an infestation but merely a pass through critter. He will be my go to guy for the maintenance portion of this service!"

"We've been using them for several years. He is very polite. He made arrangements ahead of time as to the day and timeframe. It was good. We've been married for 13 years and my husband was using them before we got married. He is very pleased with them. We haven't had any problems with pests."

"We must start off by saying we cannot say enough about the level of commitment shown by AAA Termite & Wildlife to ensure we were free of the squirrels.  They were relentless until we were "squirrel free".
We had noticed sounds above us in our attic but had attributed it to "the wind" until we started to hear persistent scratching and clawing sounds which made it evident it was more than the wind.
On Friday May 3rd we investigated the attic which must be accessed by ladder and discovered that there was a large area of "greenery" in our attic (about 3x3 sq ft) which had apparently been brought in by an animal.  We were fairly certain it might be a squirrel but we were not able to find any other trace of an animal.
We googled our issue  and discovered AAA Termite & Wildlife. We read reviews and noticed they were affiliated with Angie's List so we chose them.  We called and spoke to Tony who said he had men in Cape May who could visit us that same afternoon (we are in NJ but at least an hour and a half from Cape May so this was impressive).  By 3pm that same day they were at our house inspecting the situation.  They were very polite (removed their shoes so as not to track dirt onto the carpet) and began their work.
Once up in the attic , they saw the nest and were able to determine the entryway was most likely an opening near our attic fan. They spent a good amount of time investigating and determined that it was a squirrel and she had given birth in the attic to what were now adolescent age squirrels and all were taking up residence in out attic!  One of the men was nice enough to clear out the greenery (which filled a large trash bag - we later determined that  the squirrel had chewed off the whole top half of an aborvitae adjoining our home and carried the branches into the opening near the fan on the other side of the house and then created a nest in the attic - quite impressive actually).  Once this nest had been cleared and the hole near the fan repaired they set a trap on the outside of the roof and inside the attic.
On Sunday May 5th they returned to inspect the traps.  By this time we had finally seen the squirrel actually enter through the roof - she went right around the roof trap and entered on the other side avoiding the trap entirely.   AAA added a second trap on Sunday to block the other side.  They also changed the type of bait used inside the traps.
By Monday May 6th the mother squirrel was caught on the roof trap and AAA came and collected her from the trap.
On Tuesday May 7th they returned to check the inside trap but no other squirrels had been caught.  They could see two other squirrels running through the soffit of the house so they discussed entering through the soffit.  They left our home and returned within an hour at around 1:45pm  to go through the soffit and by 2:25pm two squirrels exited the soffit and ran away into our yard. We thought that was the end of it.
Unfortunately, two day later on May 9th we again heard sounds so we called AAA and they returned.  They added a second trap inside the attic.  They checked all around the attic to see if there was any other entry point.  We were leaving for vacation the next day so we left instruction for them to contact a family member who lived nearby to gain access while we were gone.  They returned over the weekend to recheck - the traps were still empty.
A couple days later on a repeat visit the final squirrels were evicted from our residence!  It was totally attributable to the persistence of AAA Termite & Wildlife that we were finally rid of our unwanted house guests!
We would like to say how professional the entire team from AAA was - from Tony, Craig and all the crew - everyone was kind, helpful and very attentive to ensuring we successfully completed this task!  We were extremely impressed by the fact that each time we called they came out the same day and rather quickly to assist us in any way they could to try to rid us of the squirrels.
We had been given the choice of paying a $195 setup fee with $50 per animal removed or paying $525 for a one year guarantee and removal of any animals found plus sealing the hole in the fan area.  We chose the full service as we were quite desperate to ensure complete removal of all squirrels.  Squirrels, we learned, can be greatly detrimental because they can chew through electric wiring which can then result in fires plus they are a complete nuisance - you really hear them running around - it's unnerving!
Due to Angie's List we also got a $25 discount.  The fee was very well worth it.  The team visited our home several times and they always came the same day we called.
This was the first time we have used Angie's List and our experience was great!
I would highly recommend AAA Termite & Wildlife, the team was terrific and our problem was their priority until they completely solved our issue - what more could you ask for!
Thanks AAA!

"We were not even living at home when we received a call from our painter that there was a large swarm of bees by the front entrance. I called Tony and not all did he go to the house within 1 hour, he followed up for 2 days cause the swarm was too big, to make it was safe for our arrival. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with, he completely solved the problem and is the only one we will be calling for pest control."

" I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!
He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.
Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

Most treatments take 1-3 hours, but severe infestations may require multiple visits.

To keep animals out, you must prevent them from entering. As long as they can get in, the problem will persist. That said, consider making your attic less inviting using deterrents like motion-activated lights or ultrasonic devices. Additionally, keeping a well-maintained, clean, and uncluttered attic that you regularly inspect for activity may make the space less attractive to critters.

Set live traps or install a one-way door to evict squirrels, rodents, and other animals from your attic. Once they’re out, seal any entry points to prevent the animals from returning. If you’re dealing with an infestation, call a pro.

Yes, bats can cause quite a bit of damage to the attic. Their weight and movement from flying around can damage insulation, and they can chew through wiring and the walls. As if this isn’t enough, they leave their droppings throughout, which carry harmful bacteria and is dangerous for humans to breathe in, not to mention the extremely foul-smelling odor.

Hawks might seem like fearless predators, but these smart birds do know what other animals to be cautious around. Hawks are naturally wary of humans and predators that see them or their eggs as a potential meal or threat. This list includes owls, crows, eagles, and even snakes or raccoons.
