"Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"I was hearing something in my fireplace that I assumed would be an animal. When I saw the deal on Angie’s List, I called them to see if this deal was something I should purchase. Kyle, the owner, was able to come out that same day and completed the inspection. He told me that his brother would be contacting me to follow up. On the next day, his brother contacted me and wanted to come over and complete the inspection again. He looked over everything, explained things well, and took his time. I did not feel rushed at all and I appreciated his honesty. They recommended putting caps where the air from the fireplace exits and I had them installed. Everything went very well with my experience!"
