"Only wanted to remove bird nest and apply wire to close hole in broken vent at a cost of $300. I need a new unbroken vent installed"

"They spray for mosquito control every year (monthly over five months) and that typically works well although last year it wasn't quite as effective. I had them spray for ants twice and it didn't work at all ($99)."

"JML Pest control did a thorough job again. John Lohr explained the procedure carefully, including discussing the safe products he used. I feel that this is an excellent company to deal with."

"We've been using them for several years. He is very polite. He made arrangements ahead of time as to the day and timeframe. It was good. We've been married for 13 years and my husband was using them before we got married. He is very pleased with them. We haven't had any problems with pests."

"I have a enormous fear of rodents and I could hear them in my ceiling. Appointment was set immediately and Rich was on time. He allowed me to explain my issues and he then explained to me exactly what he would do and their services. When he arrived he spotted the point of entry for these creatures and went right to work. I paid for a year contract and they have been out for follow up appointments multiple times. They have displayed nothing but professionalism and patience. I felt like I was going crazy hearing the rodents in my ceiling and it was driving my cats crazy because they couldn't get to them. The price was well worth the service provided. I appreciate these guys and thank them so much for their patience and understanding. Very easy to get and appointment because Michelle is definitely on top of it."

"Anthony provided great service! Tried to get the bird stuck in our exhaust fan by hand and when that didn't work inserted a contraption to catch the bird humanely. Also came back the next day to check and then put a cage over the exhaust output so no more birds could get stuck. Would definitely use them again for any critter issues."

"They were helpful on the phone when I questioned them about raccoon removal in general.  I asked a lot of questions because of the problem with the first company I employed.  The tech went into the attic and over to the place where the animal was living.  He was able to assure me that there was no poo, babies or other problems to clean up.  They seemed fully prepared to do this work if necessary.  The tech built an attractive "box" reinforcement of the area of soffit where the animal had pushed in.  My impression was that he had a lot of experience with doing it.  The raccoon has not ripped the repair apart--I do not know if the raccoon came back to try.  The repair appears to be sufficient to prevent that.  A raccoon is strong and has clever hands.   The tech also fixed an area of soffit that had been pushed up a little.  He stayed on the roof and worked on this until he succeeded.  (A roofing company I hired to do this, as part of other work, gave up after not trying too hard--of course they charged me anyhow. )  I wish I had called this company initially.  I have full confidence that they would handle any other wildlife problem I may have.
