Joe arrived within the appointment period, inspected our entire property for mice, and made his recommendations for what to do. He climbed up the ladder to the attic and set out traps, scooted into our crawlspace and set out more. He made the brilliant suggestion that our condo hire them to put traps out on the perimeter of the buildings, to prevent mice entering. I am still waiting for the promised estimate for that service."
