I contacted TruPlumbing and Tom was dispatched for the job... he contacted me to set up a time and date for the service call and also gave me a quote and the option to buy my own parts for the job, telling me what was needed, Tom arrived on time and had both jobs completed in a few hours; he was very professional, covered his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house, and explained what all he had done. I would definitely recommend TruPlumbing and will use them in the future."

Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet !
