Matt was very helpful in explaining the product that they offer and the associated costs. He was very accommodating with our schedule, but didn't rush to get the install done. "If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"Dean provided my complimentary basement inspection which consisted of looking for water entry points, foundation and floor cracks, and all potential other water challenges in the basement. He spent about 20 minutes walking me through each point of the Inspection and explaining to me the purpose what he was looking for and why. At the end of the complimentary inspection, Dean confirmed no further action would be necessary. Dean was professional, knowledgeable and polite; never pushy and very honest. I would highly recommend Thompson's Basement Waterproofing's free inspection to anyone concerned about your basement. Thompson's obviously is only interested in selling their products to people who need them; not taking advantage of Homeowner's who don't have the subject matter expertise needed to properly assess this type of situation.
