Bob responded very fast and told the original water filter I chose will cause problems and need to change very often. He recommended his filter and no filter change needed, he set up the appointment very fast and installed person Paul was amazing too!

Performed a detailed test and contacted me again right away with results so we could schedule install same week. He came on a Tuesday and our system was installed that Friday. A bit slow on coming to the home for the service call but the work was then done the same day and with cleanliness and expertise. One price was given to us then we were later informed that did not include installation - but overall a good experience.

This company is not going to hard-sell you. They give you a fair price with quality product. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything to me from when and how to replace the carbon filter on my filter canister, to the salt pellets in my water softener. They made sure that there were no leaks, and that everything was running properly before they left. I highly recommend this company.
