"They came out on a Sunday morning when our water pump died."

"Great response. Came and installed a water softener for the whole house at a fair price. Workmanship was great. Very courteous. Left the area clean and even brought 6 bags of salt to fill up the tank. Would highly recommend."

"Kevin was very professional throughout the entire process. We have very hard mountain well water. I never felt pushed to use his services. He was very polite and courteous. I will definitely be recommending him to my neighbors."

"As a homeowner I'm always very skeptical when dealing with contractors. Not so, with Central PA Soft Water. This is a family owned and run business and the team is very professional from the appointment setup, contacting you the day before your appointment to confirm, to contacting you the day of the appointment letting you know when they will arrive. Matt showed up on-time and did a great job of assessing my current outdated system that I came to find out was not installed properly. He did a thorough job of running a whole series of tests on my well water and advised that my water was hard. I decided upon his recommendation to install a softener. I also decided to install a new sediment filter, and pre-sediment spindown, as well as a carbon filter. Matt and Jason showed up on-time on the install day. They are both very knowledgeable and take great pride in what they do. I'm extremely happy with the finished product. The new setup runs great and my water is clean and soft. I would highly recommend the Central PA Soft Water team to anyone who is looking for a system, or is having issues with their current system. A++++"

"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"Delighted. These guys called promptly, and scheduled on the spot. They kept their schedule, came on time, gave me an estimate, and prepared to leave, no pressure, no sales tactics, just, "This is what we think you need, this is what it will cost you, and this is when we can do the work." They came back to work at the day and time promised.. They were pleasant, respectful of Covid-19 protocols, tidy, quick, and quiet. When they were done, my new water softener system worked as promised, with huge improvements over the last system. I am delighted with the service and the outcome. I will mention them to anyone who needs water related services."

"Had a catastrophic water heater failure. Spoke to John on Labor Day. He grabbed parts the same day and made his way out to me the next morning to replace the tank and restore hot water in the house. He got the job done quick and without issue. 5/5 would recommend."

"It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."
