"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

He did a thorough job of running a whole series of tests on my well water and advised that my water was hard. I decided upon his recommendation to install a softener. I also decided to install a new sediment filter, and pre-sediment spindown, as well as a carbon filter. Matt and Jason showed up on-time on the install day. They are both very knowledgeable and take great pride in what they do. I'm extremely happy with the finished product. The new setup runs great and my water is clean and soft. "It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
