"I had Celano in to install a sub panel and corresponding outlets for my future woodworking shop. They had to trench out from the house and I had devices with differing amperage they needed to account for. They are helped facilitate township approval as well. They did a great job and I'm looking forward to working with them in the near future."

"We had just come off of a super bad experience with another contractor. In fact, they were supposed to do the work we hired Bryan to do! Our experience with Bryan could not have been more different. Professional, fair, reasonable, realistic. We break a lot of stuff and will definitely be using him again!"

"From the time the co-owners (Andy and Ross) came out for the estimate to the time they finished the basement work, they were professional and prompt. I chose Paradigm over the other companies that we received estimates because they were very knowledgeable and took the time to fully answer all of the questions that my wife and I had asked them. The scope of work consisted of waterproofing nearly 100 linear feet of basement wall and the installation of a new Zoeller sump pump and a Liberty water-powered backup pump. A crack on the foundation wall was repaired with carbon fiber material. The work started at 7AM with crew of 10 men and they were done by 3PM. They laid down floor covering to protect our wood floors and used HEPA filters to minimize dust around the entire house. After the work was completed, the basement was swept clean and they took the time to explain how to maintain the pumps and use the clean-out drain. We haven't gotten any major rain storms to see how the system is working, but knowing that the waterproofing work is covered under the warranty, I have the confidence and the peace of mind that the basement will stay dry regardless."

"Glenn is very nice, personable and talkative.  He knows his stuff and is more than willing to give advice on things.  I also appreciate that he is quite willing to come out and tweak something that he installed to make sure it is to your liking.

"Ken is a “regular guy” who understands regular people. The workers were not subcontractors, they were employees and Ken was there regularly. They left the work site cleaner than they found it. The quality was very good and I appreciated the communication"

"We had a really bad storm and my basement had water all over the place, I called a few places but Basement Gurus where there the next day. When I met with Dan Kelly for the estimate he was on time, wore his mask and we did a walk-through inside the basement and outside the perimeter of my home. He asked me exactly what I would like done and how Basement Gurus could help. Dan offered me different options, was very informative and showed me what materials they use compare to others. We sat down and reviewed the cost of options and set the install date, he also mentioned that they had a finance option in case I needed it. Dan was very professional, treated me like if we knew each other for years and NOT pushy at all to sell me on his product. Once the date was set, his crew came in early in the morning and was done the same day. Very happy with my decision, not had a leak since and have peace of mind. After the job was completed, Dan contacted me to see how everything was going and I informed him that we had lost my dad, he gave me his condolences and next thing I know I received a card in the mail from him and Basement Gurus. If thatâ s not going above and beyond, then I donâ t know what is. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Dan and Basement Gurus!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
