"From the time the co-owners (Andy and Ross) came out for the estimate to the time they finished the basement work, they were professional and prompt. I chose Paradigm over the other companies that we received estimates because they were very knowledgeable and took the time to fully answer all of the questions that my wife and I had asked them. The scope of work consisted of waterproofing nearly 100 linear feet of basement wall and the installation of a new Zoeller sump pump and a Liberty water-powered backup pump. A crack on the foundation wall was repaired with carbon fiber material. The work started at 7AM with crew of 10 men and they were done by 3PM. They laid down floor covering to protect our wood floors and used HEPA filters to minimize dust around the entire house. After the work was completed, the basement was swept clean and they took the time to explain how to maintain the pumps and use the clean-out drain. We haven't gotten any major rain storms to see how the system is working, but knowing that the waterproofing work is covered under the warranty, I have the confidence and the peace of mind that the basement will stay dry regardless."
