Went well ... fast and he took time to explain some maintenance tips for me.

It went great! Todd really knew what he was talking about. Although the work that needed done was a bit more involved and I had to rent out an excavator and dig up 50ft of pipe, Miller saved me thousands! Can't recommend them enough, call them before you call the local Roto Rooter, they took me for hundreds of dollars before dealing with a real professional like Todd Miller.

Chris and Rob called and arrived 1/2 hour before they were originally scheduled. We explained the problems we had been having for the past two weeks with groundwater drainage. They saw that a main drain line was totally backed up, brought in the snake and had the line cleared in ten minutes. They also advised us on ways to prevent it reoccurring, plus they looked at all the other access points to make sure they were clear. They also did a check of the property to make sure there were no other issues. The entire operation took less than 30 minutes. Both guys were very helpful and professional (plus we got a refrigerator magnet!) I would not hesitate to call and use their services again...

Miller Sewer was quick to respond to our basement sewer backup. They came promptly and completed the job with no issues at all. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The work was performed to my satisfaction. The problem came a few days after the work was done. The plumber had to move my washer and unplug it. He also unplugged my two freezers. Much of the food was defrosted and spoiled and had to be disposed of. I called the company and left a polite message. I called back several days later when they didn't return my message. When I got in touch with the receptionist she was very helpful and polite and asked how much damage was done. Approximately $300.00 worth of meat, vegetables, and other foods spoiled. I only asked for $200.00. She said they would immediately send me a check and apologized for the error. That was two weeks ago and when I called again two days ago to check on the status, the receptionist hastily said that she would get back to me. She never did. I will be reporting this company officially, but I wanted other potential clients to know my story.

UPDATE: the receptionist said the hold-up was due to a paperwork mishap. She sent the payment and was very apologetic about the situation.

The young man arrived on time at 8:30 in the morning. He was polite and professional and had the right tools to clear a drain clog in our upstairs bathroom sink. The clog was in an old galvanized pipe and was most likely caused by years of corrosion and mineral deposits. He was able to break through this obstruction. We are now able to use this sink.

We were pretty sure our 4 year old grandson flushed the empty plastic toilet paper holder and the toilet was flushing very slowly and not completely. I called Millers and Mrs. Miller, who is so polite, had one her guys there within the hour. He snaked and came up with nothing, but after snaking a number of times, the toilet flushed perfectly. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing as he had not found anything. He said if there was no problem after a few more days they would send me a bill.
The next day the toilet started flushing slowly again and the following day stopped so I called and Millers sent another young man immediately. This time after snaking a few times he found the plastic TP holder still intact. We were not surprised, but very grateful when we asked how much we owed. Nothing! I know Miller's prices are reasonable, but free is ridiculous! When I asked why the young man said it was because they did not solve the problem the first time they were here!
Why would anyone ever call anyone but Millers? So fast, so polite, so professional and so honest! My daughter had the same wonderful experience when she called Millers!

I went to the basement to get my laundry,and found that my sewer drain had backed up.Iwent on your list and found Miller plumbing.I called and talked to a nice man who said he could have a man to my house in 20 minutes.20 minutes at the most the plumber was here,and less than a half hour later our drain was unclogged and and back to normal.The plumber was very professional and nice he did his job with a smile on his face.Fantastic service!

They were polite and extremely fast. They came out cleaned the drain and then they were gone.

They were very responsive, professional, courteous and our drains ran better than they ever did. We will have them back to do maintenance as we were impressed with their work.

I had three downspouts cleaned out to the street and a basement French drain system flushed. They did the job that was asked of them in a timely manner will defiantly use again!

Called miller's after being quoted a price by another company of 289.00 to snake the drain out to main sewer. The plumber came, saw the water flowing, and said there was no clog, no charge! Mil let's will be the first one to be called next time!

I checked out multiple drain-cleaning companies on Angie's List and ended up choosing Miller Sewer based on the prices listed and great reviews. Mrs. Miller quoted me a price of $135. When I asked why it was higher than the average listed on Angie's List, she explained that they charge a little more since they have to travel to Edinboro from Wesleyville. (I was completely satisfied with the price after Dan's visit!)
Dan called before he came and did a great job snaking our drains (we do it once every two years to keep them from backing up into the house). He was professional, pleasant, and even gave me some helpful advice on some issues I'm having with my gutters and downspouts.

Due to tree roots extending down into the ground around the sewer pipes, about once a year they infiltrate the old clay pipes and the drain backs up into the basement and oh what a nasty mess. I have formerly used another service, but when that company was notavailable, I called Millers. Not only were they lower in price, but they gave us some advice that helped keep our plumbing from clogging.Millers has been able to come out that same day. And to top it all off, they take care of the bulk of the clean up from all the crap thathas backed up onto the basement floor, literally. All we had to do was to wash it down with bleach water.The guys were really courteous and nice too. If my little dogs like people, well, then they are OK. The person in the office who took my call was very kind, and did a great job of working me into the schedule since there was a mess in the basement. I received a phone call when help was on its way. They do a great job, I have their number programmed in my phone so I do not have to search through the bills to remember who I used or look up in the phone book again.

They did a good job. They were fine. They were prompt and took care of the problem. I will use them in the future.

They came at the appointed time, worked quickly, and left no mess.
