"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I had a very positive experience working with Green Power Energy from initial quote through Permission to Operate. The sales and quoting process was straightforward and low-friction, and everything was handled digitally. There was no in-home sales pressure, which I appreciated. Despite very high demand in the residential solar market, communication was consistently solid and responses were generally faster than expected. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and professional, from sales to installers to post-install follow-up. The installation quality itself was excellent. The conduit runs were exceptionally clean and thoughtfully done, to the point that it made me notice how sloppy other installations can look by comparison. Cleanup was also outstanding. Based on prior experiences with roofing and exterior work, I expected a significant mess. That was not the case here. Green Power Energy did a particularly good job managing expectations around timelines that were outside their control, such as permits and utility approvals. They intentionally overestimated these timelines, which turned out to be a smart and customer-friendly approach. The project ultimately hit the PTO timeline we expected, with no major surprises. Most importantly, they consistently did what they said they would do. No installation is completely perfect, but any minor issues were small and situational, and none affected the final outcome or system performance. "The "technician" sent to my house was unaware of any A/C technical knowledge. I was billed in excess of 300 dollars. I promptly paid the bill. The A/C system did not work after the visit. I contacted Fancher and was told that the "technician" was fired because he was unqualified to service A/C units...and...I was told that a qualified technician would be sent to fix the problem. The qualified technician was scheduled to arrive at 1PM. The qualified technician was 3 hours late and later (after I once again re-contacted Fancher) claimed that he was "unaware" of the scheduled appointment. I needed to re-schedule the appointment. I re-contacted Fancher and Fancher has refused to return my contact. This is a pathetic customer service situation. If you hire Fancher...good luck...I will never use them or refer them for any A/C or heating work. Fancher decided not to contact me...this is the opposite of customer service....it is unacceptable in the competitive business world."
