I do all phases of construction and concrete work...full remodels,kitchens,bathrooms,,basements,floors,siding,roofing, decks,plumbing,electric,tile work,framing, additions,etc. I also do solid concrete foundations, sidewalks, driveways, etc. Anything that has to do with building a home, I am your guy. I have been in business for 15 years. When I start a job I do not leave until it is fully completed and customer is fully satisfied. I do not cut corners or try to hide problems that need to be taken care of. All of my jobs are always very neat and clean and things are done right the first time. I am the guy who makes you sleep safely knowing you are in good hands. if you dream it, I will build it.

Used in conjunction with foundation planting, refacing can completely change the look of your foundation and your home. 

A slab-on-grade or slab foundation is a great option in many areas—usually in warm or moderate climates—and has been a successful foundation style for many decades. Slab foundations don’t require excavation or concrete block wall construction, so they’re the least expensive foundation type. They’re also the fastest to construct and don’t have many issues with moisture or water intrusion. However, they don’t give you extra storage space or potential living space like a crawl space or basement would, and they’re not ideal in colder areas where utility lines can freeze and frost heave can cause major damage.

Concrete spalling can be fairly serious, especially if left untreated or in a public area. It can be a tripping hazard and, if not resolved, can lead to structural instability.

You can buy a home with foundation issues, but understanding the extent of the problem and what solution you need is critical. If you learn that a home you’re trying to buy has a foundation problem, it’s not necessarily a deal breaker, but you should have a professional assess the issue to see how severe it is and know when to walk away from a foundation problem.
