He would send pictures of floor options, vents, faucets, sinks etc and prices. If I wanted something different, he was flexible and would discuss any issues there may be. I also would go look at bathroom supplies and send him my thoughts. We met up and went over what I wanted and then he was on his own. He is a one-man operation so if very busy and the people in the house said he was very conscientious. He also fixed the dining room ceiling and that looks great."
