Did not clear concrete work area of flower pots and furniture (never recommended to us to do so). Left hose faucet on twice after we asked to be sure it was off when they were done for the day. Left lights on in basement. Final walk thru revealed a few items that needed correction. Quick response when we called with questions/issues. Pat was receptive to our feedback and assured us he would address issues with foremen."

"Very satisfied with Marco's work. He was easy to get ahold of. He makes his own schedule so he was a bit unpredictable as to when he would arrive. We did not experience any scheduling issues, he tries to tell you when he will be there. He works primarily by himself so the process took longer than he quoted by a week or more. Overall, he patched drywall without us asking, was very flexible when we made changes to our original plans. He will either buy the supplies or allow you to purchase."

"John and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed"
