"Michael's Brick Pointing tackled a very challenging job outside our Center City, 3 story home.  The estimate was competitively priced.  Michael listened to our description of our unique water problems, and our particular masonry/stucco deterioration problems, and the very challenging solutions I felt were needed.  
Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, he lended his expertise and creativity and together we came up with a workable, intuitive plan to solve a multivariable problem.  This involved accessing two different neighbors' yards, erecting scaffolding, working around inclement weather, and coming up with some solutions as new issues were discovered.  
The crew was considerate, respectful to my wife and daughter when I was away, always willing to educate us about the process, and absolutely skilled and professional.  We had a great result with their work so far, and I recommend them without reservation.

"We needed repairs to the brick foundation in our basement and had used Mendoza Stone Masonry before with great results. John called us within hours and was at the house the next day. He inspected the job, gave us a good price, and scheduled us for the following week. The work was done today, and we could not be happier. They went above and beyond, resetting and repairing the wall from end to end and at the chimney. They cleaned up and moved all the stuff back against the wall for us. "Michael converted my front lawn which was a hill into a high concrete patio. He responded immediately to my request for an estimate, and gave me a good price. Michael and Pete showed up as promised and got the job done. They were very respectful of my time, and my property. They kept me informed all through the process and answered all of my questions. "Randy was great and called me within minutes to get details on the project, then arranged to have Tony, one of their masons, come see it in person. Tony was friendly, professional, and did a great job once I decided to go with them to repair some crumbling brick walls in our backyard. I appreciate how quickly they were able to start the work, within a couple weeks from inquiry to completion. Would recommend to anyone needing masonry done."

"In preparation we moved everything in the basement away from the walls like they asked, although some of the shelves that I built could not be moved more than ~24 inches away from one of the walls. The next day the crew of three came over promptly at 8 AM. I told the crew leader about the shelves and he said that the space may be sufficient depending on the how far the footer underneath came in from the walls (as it turned out it was fine). They also moved the heavy concrete utility sink out of the way without damaging it. They crew hung plastic to partition the untouched sections of the basement and the rest of the house. I was told that the job was to take two days and it did. They cleaned up as best they could--vacuuming the stairs and didn't leave any debris or trash inside or out, although there was a light coating of dust on the everything in the basement which I expected. When they finished they walked me though the basement and everything looked great so I was glad to pay them as agreed in the contract. I am very pleased with the job, although I was slightly dissatisfied with the concrete pored over the drain because it wasn't always level with the existing floor and wasn't totally troweled smooth (I ended up floating the sections of the patch myself to level and get a better finish). Overall I think those are minor criticisms it was was a more than satisfactory experience."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work!
