"I have a heat pump, the technician told me he was not well versed on heat pumps. My system works well, after 10 years I wanted to check the Freon level for efficiency. The technician hooked up the low pressure side and not the high pressure side and said temperature looks ok. I asked how do you know if I need a pound or two of freon, he started going on about the cost of Freon I called booking number a Couple of days later I called and told them why I didn t take them up on their service plan, nice guy but didn t check the level. I don t normally leave negative feedback but the person who I called didn t seem concerned. No one reach out out, check cleared ......"
