He came in and said he was going to drill under our house and reconnect our sink line to the main sewer line and line our entire sewer since it is still terracotta. Sounded great. East Coast Trenchless, LLCJones plumbing installed a split water meter system, washer hook ups, and replaced leaking iron\galvanized pipe with modern pex. Repaired several leaks in the process and were able to clean up some prior 'bad' work. On time, on budget.

OK, but the technician said he hit mud in the overflow tank and stopped pumping it. It wasn't mud, but impacted waste. This was a major factor in the problems we were having with the system. We were already in the process of having the system repaired.

I went down into our garage on Friday noon, January 22, to find the sewer line to the street had backed up and drainage water was seeping up through the pipe into our garage- YUCK! I am giving the date because the East Coast "Storm of the Century" Snowzilla storm was predicted to start that...

Matt was called and asked to fix a broken water line, pipe froze, when thawed the leak was at the elbow. Matt came right over and fixed the break. Cleaned up and suggested how to better insulate the area. Matt is very courteous and professional. Will definitely use Deiter's Plumbing again.

It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!"
