I got a call from him that following week and said that our kitchen remodel estimate was running in the mid 40â s and thatâ s not touching the pantry. He asked would you like for us to proceed. "We needed our free-standing shower replaced. This included replacement of some tile outside the shower, and cosmetic repair of part of a wall in our bedroom. Big bathroom contractors like Luxury Bath told us we would have to get separate contractors for each of those projects. Bob took care of everything. In addition, it turned out that our shower was not a standard size and required a custom design. Bob handled this as well. Due to this, the project lasted longer than initially expected as the shower glass had to be specially ordered. However, we now have a rain-drop glass shower with rain shower head and hand-held sprayer that blends in with our existing master bath. Bob's tile work is beautiful. We got the shelf in the shower we wanted as well as our choice of tile and design (Bob met me at a tile store of my choosing to pick out the tiles for the entire project). Importantly, Bob kept within the budget agreed upon. He consulted with us throughout the project so we were always aware of where things stood and understood when the project was delayed."

"The job went smoothly from proposal to finish.   Lee Dickerson personally met with us on July 1 to brainstorm on the possibilities for this project and had a follow-up personal meeting with us a week later to arrive at final design decisions.  We signed the contract on July 8 and were expecting the work to be completed before the end of July.  They found they had a week open the week of July 15 - the heat wave week - and called to see if that would work for us, so we took that.   They brought materials in on the 15th and did the prep work of clearing land around the work site, which was seriously overgrown.  They began construction on July 16th, and in spite of a horrifically hot week, worked steadily to complete the deck, railings, and roof by the end of the week.   They had enough people on site with varying skills to get the job completed and everyone was busy for the entire time they were here.  Lee Dickerson worked right along with his team of skilled professionals.   Mr Dickerson brought in an electrician and person to do gutters on the entire house at a very reasonable price (included in above cost) so we were able to get the finishing touches done the following Monday, July 22.   The crew was pleasant and they talked to us whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss some aspect of the job.   The were all knowledgeable about the overall job.   The job site was kept clean of trash daily , and at the end of the job, they cleaned up everything they had brought, and washed down the deck for us.   We had one very minor problem which was not noticeable to us or them when we inspected the job with them at the end before we paid the final bill and that was fixed soon after job completion.   We were home during construction, but felt comfortable leaving at any time. Overall,  I would highly recommend Lee Dickerson & Sons and would have them do work for me in the future when the need arises."

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. With most estimates being fairly similar, we decided to work with Colmar and were not disappointed. Along with listening to our ideas as to what we wanted, they also provided expert insight into those ideas and helped shape our final decisions. The painters showed up promptly and ready to work hard every day. They were very accommodating to me as I was off work and home during the time frame they were working in our home. The painters were friendly, courteous, and attentive to our requests. They finished painting our entire home in only eight days. Our biggest concern was attention to detail and we are very impressed with the quality of their wok as well as their willingness to meet our demands and go above and beyond expectations.
