"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. With most estimates being fairly similar, we decided to work with Colmar and were not disappointed. Along with listening to our ideas as to what we wanted, they also provided expert insight into those ideas and helped shape our final decisions. The painters showed up promptly and ready to work hard every day. They were very accommodating to me as I was off work and home during the time frame they were working in our home. The painters were friendly, courteous, and attentive to our requests. They finished painting our entire home in only eight days. Our biggest concern was attention to detail and we are very impressed with the quality of their wok as well as their willingness to meet our demands and go above and beyond expectations. "We received several estimates and Mark's was by far the best.  He was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole way through the process.  He came on a Saturday and finished the job in a day.  He even gave us options for mortar color which ended up matching the existing mortar perfectly.  We are happy with the results as the chimney looks better and more importantly is structurally sound, we're now less worried about leaks and further deterioration.  We will definitely consider Mark for future masonry work around our house.

An ice storm had destroyed the gutters and fascia along the rear of my home, so I decided on full gutter replacement. I could not have found a better company to hire for the job. Great communication as well from start to finish. It's great to find honest people who take pride in the work they do. I am beyond happy with the finished product."

"Our entire home was completely renovated inside and outside.  It is a small style cottage  home in the Camp  Hill area.  I wrote a previous review when they started and now we are at the end of the project.  Our overall experience with this company has been nothing short of incredible!  The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.  They went over and beyond to do whatever we asked them to do. The cost of renovations has been extremely reasonable.  I want to submit before and after pictures as soon as everything is complete.  In fact, we are planning on displaying our home on-line for renovating a small home and utilizing every inch of space with amazing results.  In the future we are planning to add a  patio and perhaps a 4 Season Room.   We definitely want Chad Ashley and the whole team back to work for us again.  Without hesitation I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Very pleased with the work done on my house. Kitchen was enlarged out to the porch with a cathedral ceiling and skylights added, other area of the porch was converted into an enclosed area where fuel oil tank sits and where lawn mover and gardening items are now stored, bathroom enlarged and new tub installed, new roof put on, new vinyl flooring and all rooms painted. They were always professional, reliable, trustworthy, respectful, and always on time. Skyline Construction did a great job!!!"
