"I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."

"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

"Out of the Ordinary Construction is a father and son team, they built a deck at the rear of my home after removing some dilapidated steps. They did an outstanding job, I was impressed on their work ethics and dedication to completing the project. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late evening; their professionalism was astonishing and amazing!! My new deck is gorgeous and I am a very happy customer, I will use this company again on a future project and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a project done. They are definitely a five star company!! ?"
