We had no idea it needed work. A crew was on site within DAYS to start and 2.5 days later, our new roof was COMPLETE. The workers were great and left the property spotless at the end of each day. Conrad - project manager - stayed 100% on top of the daily progress, keeping us informed at all times, even with some rain issues to work around. Taylor in the office was very efficient with all billing and contacts. Another roofer wanted over 75% paid BEFORE any work was done - Joyland had very reasonable terms! MANY THANKS - great job!"
