"The locksmith came for an initial review at the agreed-upon time. However, he did not return to do the work on the agreed-upon date and did not provide notice. I had to call to arrange a new appointment. He was apologetic, but, nevertheless, it was less than ideal service.

Then I get an alarm on the garage door that says it is closed. It was open and had a delay on it. Several minutes later they come back saying it was closed. and then I got a message saying my garage door was left open."
