"This job involved assessment of previously laid tiles. That installation was a floating tile installation. This resulted in breaking at the edges of those tiles the new installation involved removal of the existing tiles, adding a new underlayment and installation of 18“ x 18“ tiles. These tiles were glued to the surface and it resulted in an excellent presentation. Any job the quality of the installation is what counts and Cory did an excellent job. We were pleased to work with DJ IImprovements, and would do so again."

He matched a the colors and railing of small deck off the bedroom to our new deck.  He made a couple of recommendations for our downstairs deck that made it look better than the one above it. He made suggestions for the upstairs deck that would improve its appearance. He did a small deck along the driveway and installed a railing system to make it easier to walk on. Johnathon recommended a decorative handrailing that his the ultiliity railing. We have gotten so many compliments on it and we love it! It is so easy to hold onto and get safely down the steps to the drive way."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."
