"Terri, the designer, spent about 1.5-2 hours looking at the closet, asking questions, designing the system, and providing pricing during her visit.  She listened to our requirements, answered all of our questions and explained the installation process and the requirements for removing baseboards and emptying the closet before installation.  6 weeks later, the system was installed in a few hours by one installer.  He was neat, did the cutting in his truck, and cleaned up before he left.  The installation matched the design drawings perfectly.  I was surprised at how sturdy and well-built the shelving components are.  We got a built-in laundry hamper, which is a great feature.  The company seems to be very well run, with friendly, courteous employees and quality built in to all of their work processes.  I would definitely recommend them.  Make sure to use a 40% off coupon - they are easy to find.

"The two tasks I had described in an e-mail to Jeff Ramsey, were estimated by him and then completed on time and in a very professional manner. The drywall looks excellent now.  Jeff definitely knows his trade and is very pleasant to work with. The kitchen cabinet repair did require a creative approach and Jeff took it upon himself to come up with a solution which fits the needs. This cabinet is now supported properly for the weight inside and it looks like it will not break again.  At the end of the 5hrs work project, we discussed future projects I have in mind for my house and I will definitely consider Jeff for these future projects."

"For eight hours, the gentleman patched one hole in the ceiling in a closet.  I am talking about hole that was approximately 24 inches x 36 inches.  My husband felt like he did an okay job, and if he is happy with the results, then I will be.  But in hind sight, I should have purchased the 2 or 4 hours handyman services which was cheaper than the all day handyman services.
