It went exceptionally well. The owner, Matt came out and did a thorough walk through checking every closet and crawl space. He came up with a layout for a unit outside and in the attic. He was very responsive to our request to keep our old whole house fan. To our surprise, he suggested adding a heat pump as well which another contractor told us would be too much work. His combined estimate for AC and the heat pump was a little less than the other guys who did not include a heat pump. They were flexible on scheduling and showed up promptly on the agreed upon date. Since it is a smaller, family business, the installer was a family member. He and his helper were very professional and cleaned-up every day. These guys had to weave duct work all throughout the house and did so neatly without taking up much closet space. We did lose the small towel closet in the bathroom but that was really unavoidable. After running the system for about a month, we noticed a temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs of about four degrees making either the downstairs chilly or the upstairs hot. Matt sent a technician our who balanced out the system by moving some dampers and changing some grill covers. Now it works great and we could not be happier. These folks are great. You get the feel of a family business and the service to match.

They installed the heat pump a year ago. They provide maintenance for our HVAC system. I give them an "A" overall and I will use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. They were very conscientious, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were also very punctual. The workers were courteous. They knew what they needed to do, and they did it. Their price was much more competitive than the other two bids we had for the same product. We were very satisfied.
