"Needed general home renovation(no category for that on Home Advisor Website.)Recommended to me by a friend who is a real estate developer, Gino and Sebastian completed a substantial home renovation over a 4-month period. The work included?but wasn?t limited to?full interior painting, installation of new wood flooring, a complete kitchen renovation, full and partial bathroom remodels, new interior doors (installed and painted), fireplace repairs, deck repairs and repainting, installation of a wood fence with concrete footers, and an advanced epoxy coating applied to the garage floor. They also took on many smaller tasks at my request, all handled with care. Completely reliable. Gino and Sebastian were meticulous, customer-focused, and a pleasure to work with.I had dreaded the experience of working with contractors, but I couldn?t be happier with the outcome. "My parents have an in-ground pool and over the years new homes were built behind their house. The new houses changed how the rain runoff comes through their backyard. It actually caused mud to pour into the pool TWICE and costs $3000 each time to empty,clean,and refill the pool. I called multiple landscape/drainage pros for estimates and either they quoted a ridiculously high price or never called back. I found Tom on Angi and he came and looked right away. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t seem too worried about it. He and his team showed up when they said they would and knocked the project out in 2 days! ( I work construction and thought it would be at least double the time.) They excavated the dirt around the edge of the pool and added a deep layer of river rock plus created a vertical paver wall to ensure the water wouldn’t get in the pool. They also used the removed dirt to create a berm in the backyard to further redirect water. They covered the berm in wildflower seed and straw. Overall, everybody is ecstatic with how they fixed our problem. 100% professional quality. His guys worked non stop and they cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend using Tom and his team."
