Beware! I have a 5 year warranty on work. When I called Mr Cummings to make some repairs, he came once, had the contractor fix the shower however other repairs I requested were never done. Phone calls & text messages were never returned. Finally called the BBB, the claim is now marked as unresolved because Mr. Cummings never contacted me or made repairs. I'm sorry to have warn customers, I really like Mr Cummings I just wished he would have responded to my calls.

The project was to remove the chimney/fireplace and raise house to convert crawl-space into basement. Much more involved than it sounds. The results have surpassed my expectations. This was a big job and I can be a difficult customer, however not this time. I will be calling them for the next project. It did take considerably longer to complete than was discussed, but the finished product was worth the wait, and they kept me in the loop throughout the process.

would not hire this guy again to build a Dog House. Had to clean up after him every time he left. Work took well over length of contract. Make sure every thing is in the contract even if you had it on your house before the work started.

Great design for my new home. Took slightly longer than anticipated, but it wasn't their fault since the home was built during a very harsh winter. Guess I can't blame them for the bad weather. The quality of construction was excellent! Especially my beautifully designed kitchen..I just love it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to build a new home.

Very good quality of work for a reasonable price. Removed 2 starts from the Customer Service category as sometimes it was really hard to get in touch with. Otherwise, very happy with the job well done and with a very clean house left after the job was completed.
